Creative and analytical, emotional and logical - Kelsey embodies a rare dichotomy as a strategist and designer. Her background at agencies and startups generated her approach that integrates holistic design processes with measurable executions. A creative problem solver at heart, she brings curiosity and empathy to understanding clients, industries and human behaviors. The desire to form lasting relationships with entrepreneurs and deliver intentional design solutions that create an impact for small businesses inspired her to start her own company.
Kelsey started her career with a focus on brand identity that evolved with the rapid rise of mobile interfaces and digital touchpoints. Her passion for exploring the intersection of emerging technologies and human behavior was cultivated with 4-years of design agency experience in the Bay Area. The disruptive energy of startups opened her eyes to opportunities for companies to improve our surroundings and create lasting value through the products and services we engage with. Working as an experience designer at Uber she collaborated closely with engineers and project managers to leverage design systems during rapid development sprints.
In 2015, the Utah lifestyle lured Kelsey to Super Top Secret, an agency in Salt Lake City. She introduced digital strategy and user experience design as core capabilities at STS, and lead implementation for multiple brand and interactive (digital) projects while growing a team. In 2017 she started Kelsey OCallaghan Design with the ambition of partnering with start-ups and entrepreneurs to create end-to-end brand experiences.
To balance the time behind screens, Kelsey loves endurance sports and experimenting in the kitchen - both of which can be done while listening to her favorite nerdy podcasts.
Curious Creative, Social Media Maven, Dog Lover
The ever-changing environment of social media is what attracts Bailey to it most. She loves learning and experimenting to find better ways to connect brands to buyers, and more importantly, the right people to the right people. Bailey understands that your business doesn’t want to serve all the people but instead the people you create for and really want to serve. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and loved learning about not just how to write and connect with people but why it matters. She spent a summer in Boston interning for Her Campus, described as the #1 new-media brand for the empowered college woman and then came back to write for Salt Lake Park City Bride and Groom magazine as an intern. As the Social Media Manager for DownEast and Hope Avenue, she continues to learn new ways to spread the word, and make positive connections. Bailey puts the social back in social media understanding that today’s consumer wants to be wooed, to feel heard, and to connect. She creates campaigns that inspire loyal clients because she knows there’s a big difference between simply selling a product or service and forming a lasting relationship. When she isn’t figuring out how to adapt to new algorithms or researching the latest on Instagram, Bailey unwinds with her miniature Goldendoodle puppy Stanley. And yes, he has his own Instagram account.

Fast to learn, and eager to go - Tayler takes her bubbly personality with her wherever she goes so she to work hard and create a positive experience. She recently graduated from the University of Utah with her Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications and a minor in Leadership Studies. Two areas of study that have significantly impacted the way she approaches a project or problem. Her work experience includes various leadership roles at the University of Utah, eight months as Communication Intern for Salt Lake City Council, and now Research Analyst for Super Top Secret. Her varied work experience gives her an edge on creative approaches and allows her to take on new perspectives as needed. Tayler enjoys being able to use her skills in a creative space, brings a youthful hunger to projects and is always striving to add to her arsenal of abilities. Skills include: social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), conducting in-depth research, drafting analytic reports, and content writing.
Designer, Photographer, Coffee Enthusiast
A creator of all kinds – Annie spends most of her time freelancing within graphic design and photography. She recently graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Within her schooling, she’s worked at multiple design studios located at the heart of Salt Lake City. She has created work with corporate and local clients ranging from: Starbucks, Adobe, Reebok, Superheroic, and more. Within her creative approach, Annie strives to create a strong and unified branding system within every aspect of design. Due to her variable skills, she can go from designing a brand identity, to creating an interface, constructing packaging designs, and even photographing lifestyle and commercial sessions for the brand itself. Aside from when she’s not photosynthesizing from the warm glow of her computer screen, you can catch her camping in Utah’s wilderness, watching too many extraterrestrial documentaries, and often finding any excuse to adopt a dog.
